Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling stock according to established SOPs.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
