Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maximize efficiency.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including packing and shipping preparation.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting (preferred).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret shipping labels.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
