Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Organize and stage products for efficient distribution
- Support facility cleanliness and 5S standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
