Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, railcars, and delivery trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately scan and log inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
