Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the Mesa facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of inventory and documentation.
- Assist in organizing storage areas to maximize space efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with high energy levels.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and equipment handling procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
