Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on all forklifts and equipment.
- Accurately stock and retrieve inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and scanning devices.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and shift scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFPO) or valid forklift license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
