Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and documenting stock movements accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse to optimize workflow and storage capacity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or valid license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the night shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
