As a Picker Packer on our night shift, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling orders, ensuring our clients receive high-quality products every time. We offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specific requirements.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld scanners (RF guns) to update inventory counts and track stock levels in real-time.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the designated work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team during handovers to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and packing items.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer systems and handheld scanning devices.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
