Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (order pickers, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize pallets safely and efficiently to maximize storage space.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements using WMS systems.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report maintenance needs to management immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
