Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (reach trucks, cherry pickers) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment before use.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Keep the warehouse organized and ensure aisles are free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate tight spaces.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
