Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Organize inventory and stock shelves in an efficient and safe manner.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and work area to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of inventory.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules reliably.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
