Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and safety equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of stock areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
