Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate logs.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance checks on forklifts as directed.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
