Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move stock throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding inventory status and operational needs.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) or willingness to get certified within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and operational efficiency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
