Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow and order accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
