As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the seamless flow of inventory, maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials with precision and speed.
- Perform pre-shift and end-of-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance.
- Verify and count inventory using handheld scanners or manual methods.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Handle hazardous materials or special loads as required by training and certification.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10 or equivalent certification required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Must be available for the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory software.
