Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
