Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Verify shipment contents against bills of lading and document any discrepancies.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and inventory continuity.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (High Reach or Stand-up required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
