Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging systems.
- Ensure the safety of the warehouse floor by identifying hazards and maintaining clean work areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (Forklift Operator License).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
