Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform minor maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking are a plus.
