Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in accordance with safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CP/CF or equivalent) with valid license.
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
