Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Verify product conditions and ensure proper labeling and packaging before shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status.
- Load and unload delivery trucks in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counting as directed.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
