Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow FIFO inventory practices
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order accuracy
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
