Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and package products based on customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects and ensure packaging meets our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete documentation.
