Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors for priority order processing
- Conduct quality checks on packaging materials and outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
