Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities against work orders to minimize errors.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials for shipping.
- Sort, stage, and organize inventory to maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
