About the Role
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
