Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Organize inventory in designated zones to maintain optimal workflow.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
