Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely after training.
- Inspect products for damage and apply appropriate shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory scanning and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
