Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move stock in and out of the facility.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately gather products based on customer orders and prepare them for timely shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy using our warehouse management systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and safe by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company and customer standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and preparing orders.
