As a Material Handler, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will ensure that products are moved efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout our distribution center. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers, trucks, and storage areas.
- Verify inventory counts against shipping documents and pick lists.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock movements and damages.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
