Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick orders.
- Pack items securely in boxes or containers using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently during the shift handover.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
