Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Verify product accuracy and maintain quality control standards
- Optimize workflow to meet nightly productivity targets
- Label, sort, and stage inventory for outbound shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and inventory management procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
