Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report inventory discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
