The Role
As a Picker Packer, you are the heartbeat of our fulfillment center. You will ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, every time.
Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from the warehouse floor based on digital pick lists and barcodes.
- Package items securely using cardboard, bubble wrap, and labeling equipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to update inventory status in real-time.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on warehouse floors.
