Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the designated shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required).
