Responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory shelves using a handheld scanner or RF gun based on customer orders.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely into boxes or totes using appropriate packaging materials and techniques.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
