Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform quality checks and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Meet/exceed productivity targets during high-volume night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Document workflow activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to the San Diego facility
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday
- Willingness to work overtime as operational needs arise
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
