Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently from the warehouse floor.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
