Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage locations using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
