Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify product quantities and labels against customer orders to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently during shift changeovers.
- Report any damaged goods, missing inventory, or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in warehousing is a plus.
