Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to picking tickets and standard operating procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Scan items using barcode scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
