Job Summary
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for reliable team players who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Select and pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as required.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or education is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory checks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
