Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Verify inventory accuracy by cross-checking products against work orders and packing lists.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
