Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF guns.</li><li>Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipment errors.</li><li>Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.</li><li>Load and unload trucks efficiently during the night shift turnaround.</li><li>Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).</li><li>Valid driver's license preferred.</li></ul>
