Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely handle pallets and boxes using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders according to pick lists and ensure proper packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing cycle counts.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods and report discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
