Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities and quality against packing slips before shipment.
- Label, wrap, and prepare items for shipping using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after receiving proper certification.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying orders.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and overtime when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld scanners and tracking software.
