Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock management, and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Package and label items properly for domestic and international shipping.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Basic math skills for inventory and quantity checks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
