Responsibilities
- Retrieve and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
