Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and pick-to-light systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling and packaging for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills required for scanning barcodes and verifying orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
